OFAC blocks Mahan Air sales agents and logistics companies across China, India, and Russia

Updated · Impact score 74/100 · Confidence 55%

OFAC added one person and five entities to the SDN List on July 30 for supporting Mahan Air or the IRGC, including Shanghai Wings International Logistics, Shanghai Elite International Travel, Skiez Travels and Logistics, Air Cargo Pro, and DadeNegar Startup Studio.

Why it matters

The additions reach airline sales, freight-forwarder communications, electronics transport, travel, logistics, and related payment workflows. U.S. persons generally cannot transact with the named parties without authorization, and OFAC's 50 Percent Rule can block entities they own even when those entities are not separately listed.

What to check next

Rescreen airline agents, freight forwarders, travel and logistics vendors, payment beneficiaries, and beneficial owners for the July 30 additions and aliases—especially the Mahan Air general sales agents—and pause any potential match before releasing funds, cargo, tickets, or services.
