Korean monomers and oligomers AD order sets 65.72%–155.42% deposits
Updated · Impact score 69/100 · Confidence 55%
Commerce issued an antidumping duty order on covered multifunctional acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers from South Korea. Cash deposits resumed July 16 at 65.72% for Green Chemical, Green Life Science, and all others, and 155.42% for Miwon Specialty Chemical and Kukdo Chemicals.
Why it matters
The order reaches listed chemical inputs and blends containing at least 20% by weight of in-scope material, including qualifying third-country processing. Entries from July 4 through July 15 fall in a provisional-measures gap and are to be liquidated without antidumping duties.
What to check next
Screen Korean monomer, oligomer, resin, ink, and coating inputs against the written scope and listed CAS numbers; confirm exporter identity and the 65.72% or 155.42% deposit rate with your broker; separate July 4–15 entries from entries on or after July 16; and request refunds for qualifying October 7–January 4 critical-circumstances deposits.
