China seamless-pipe AD/CVD orders enter third sunset reviews

Commerce and the USITC opened third five-year reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on covered seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China. The notices start review proceedings; they do not revoke the orders or announce new cash-deposit rates.
